We have invested millions of dollars and countless hours, developed ground-up construction of multi-family buildings, and collaborated with stewards to sustain the community. Seventy-five percent of our portfolio is nestled within opportunity zones, allowing us to serve families who earn 30%-80% of the median family income in 3 of the city's quadrants.
